This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through squarespace and Printify or its relates sites and services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control including ecommerce you access through Squarespace. Information I Collect:
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Squarespace and Printify to provide to me), such as your name email address, postal address, payment information, and details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of paintings or worldwide shipping information), if you contact me directly.

When you receive an email, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of each newsletter. My blog is powered by Squarespace.
What We Collect and Store
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
Send you information about your account and order
Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
Process payments and prevent fraud
Set up your account for our store
Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
Improve our store offerings
Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 7 years or more.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the USA, Spain and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction.
The United States, European Economic Area (“EEA”) Member States, and other countries all have different laws. When your information is moved from your home country to another country, the laws and rules that protect your personal information in the country to which your information is transferred may be different from those in the country in which you live. For example, the circumstances in which law enforcement can access personal information may vary from country to country. To the extent that I am deemed to transfer personal information outside of the EEA, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud and Google LLC are Privacy Shield certified.

Who on my team has access
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Web/Shop Managers can access:
Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent
Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members may have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
Payments
We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe, including Apple Pay. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to payment companies including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Why We Need Your Information and How I Use It

Squarespace, Printify, and paypal. I share information with these entities as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations our Policy and Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Your Rights
